Multi medium realism paintings, mainly been focusing on landscapes inspired by living in Scotland and growing up holidaying on Arran. Other subjects painted are pet portraits and wedding venues.
Megan paints an array of different artwork, using multiple mediums, watercolour, gouache, oil and acrylic. Her most popular commission requests have been wedding venues, dog portraits, and holiday pictures turned mementos.
In June 2026, Megan hosted her first solo art show, where she showcased her first ever landscape collection – Horizons. The concept of ‘Horizons’ came from discovering her love for landscape oil paintings. Pair that with her love for dramatic skies and Megan found her latest subject matter obsession. The collection began by dusting off her oil paints from art school (now a mere 10 years ago), picking up a canvas from the art store and using a reference picture she took of an insane pink and purple sunset over Lamlash Bay on the Isle of Arran. From there, she was hooked and had to create more. Thereafter, ‘Horizons’ was born. The collection will be showcased during the course of the Arran Open Studios weekend and is also available to view on her website.
